What are we learning this month?
In February we will be jumping rope and learning about our heart and cardiovascular system! Assessing our P.E. health and skills tests will determine student’s grades for the 2nd trimester. Additionally we will develop our character by learning about optimism, and pride. While we will also learn about what is really in energy bars, and which ones may be healthy or not.
Active School Programs in February

Play it again Gym:
A fun, active way for grades 1-5 to participate in after school on Mondays. 2:30-3:00pm.
We will repeat the games and lessons we did in gym that day and best of all it’s free!

Wake Up Workout:
A good way to start the day and get the brain and body awake!
Wednesdays 7:00-7:35am for grades K-5 We will do the ‘insanity’ workout on dvd with lots of fun music!
Parents are invited also to attend if they like.
